4 Week Meditation and Mindfulness Course - Nov 17th - Dec 8th
Every Thursday night from 7.00 - 8.30pm
Keep your eyes peeled for our next pop-up meditation course
Find calm in this crazy world. Take your eyes off the screen, leave your stress at the door, and learn how to recharge yourself.
Join us in a beautiful Fitzroy warehouse space for a 4-week pop-up meditation and mindfulness course. Unplug yourself from the outside world and focus on your inner one.
With simple techniques based on the latest research in mindfulness and neuroscience, we make meditation easy and accessible to all.
You don’t need to be a yoga guru or buddhist monk to learn how to meditate. If you can sit down we can teach you. No experience required.
And with regular practice you’ll feel calmer, clearer, happier, and more present in everything you do. Not bad for sitting on a cushion.
Learn to relax your mind and body, and reconnect with your self. Life flows better when you give yourself space to breathe.

Life flows better when you give yourself space to breathe...
In this 4 week pop-up mindfulness course you will learn how to meditate and make it part of your daily routine. We will teach you how to apply mindfulness to reduce stress, improve productivity and performance and have better relationships.
We will introduce the science and practice of mindfulness. Even though it is based in neuroscience, it’s simple and easy to practice. We will cover:
- What mindfulness is
- How to meditate (if you can sit, you can meditate!)
- Establishing a regular meditation practice (starting with just 10 minutes a day).
We will review how you went with your meditation during the week and teach you how to:
- Use everyday activities to further develop mindfulness
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Get unhooked from unhelpful thought patterns.
This week, you will learn how to:
- Focus and be less distracted so you can maximise your productivity and performance
- Manage technology to make it work for you rather than against you
- Be kinder to yourself and others
- Communicate more effectively.
In the final week we will help you understand how to:
- Maintain your meditation routine
- Have mindfulness be part of your life over the long-term.
Dr Richard Chambers
Richard is a clinical psychologist and internationally-recognised expert in mindfulness. Over the past 15 years, he has taught mindfulness to a growing number of businesses and educational institutions.
Richard is the author of three books on mindfulness, helped make the popular Smiling Mind app, is leading a university-wide mindfulness initiative at Monash University and regularly features in mainstream media.
During a two decade career as a globe trotting DJ, Ray inspired club and festival goers to celebrate the moment through music and dance. In his private life he sought positivity and clarity through mindfulness and meditation.
Rather than seek to escape urban life, Ray found meditation and mindfulness to be the perfect tools to prepare for busy days, even busier nights, an expanding entrepreneurial business and a passion for urban culture. It is this unique combination of experience, application and understanding that he brings to ‘recharge’ for the benefit of others.
