Ray Good is the Founder of recharge. He's an accredited meditation teacher and mindfulness coach who specialises in meditation for modern living.
His vast meditation experience includes Transcendental, Vipassana and Buddhist forms of meditation, as well as mindfulness based practices such as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy. Ray draws on all of these practices to help tailor a solution to meet his client’s unique needs.
He brings to his clients a wealth and breadth of knowledge, completing teacher training with Melbourne Meditation Centre and Mindfulness facilitation training under Dr Craig Hassed at Monash University. He is a member of Meditation Australia.
Ray draws on over 25 years of meditation practice and is passionate about helping others integrate simple mindfulness tools to improve their personal and professional lives.
